Do I need a repair or a whole new roof?
That depends on the condition of the roof and the cause of the problem. You don’t need to choose before contacting us. An assessment helps determine whether a repair or metal roof replacement is appropriate.
What should I include in my quote request?
Your suburb, a description of the issue and a way to contact you are enough to start. A photo taken safely from the ground can help, but it is optional.
Can you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We handle large commercial and industrial metal roof replacement, repairs, flashings and guttering. Include any access or operating requirements in your enquiry.
How much will the work cost?
Roof size, condition, materials, access and the scope of repairs all affect the cost. Request a free quote so you can review what is proposed and included for your property.
Will my job have a 10-year warranty?
Ask us to confirm whether a 10-year workmanship warranty is available for your proposed work, and review its coverage and conditions in writing before proceeding. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
Will approvals be needed?
Requirements depend on the building and the proposed work. Re-roofing and roofing associated with additions may need building approval and inspections. Confirm the requirements and responsibility for arranging them with the relevant building certifier before work starts.
What requirements apply to roofing work?
The roof covering, pitch, flashings, fixings and drainage need to work together. Roofing work must meet the applicable National Construction Code, Queensland Development Code, Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements. The scope should identify materials, required approvals and inspections, and who arranges them.
