The scope, price, materials, timing, approvals and terms for any work must be discussed and agreed separately. This website does not take payments or accept a building contract. If you do not see a confirmation, contact us before assuming that your request has been received.
Roofing information and property requirements
Website information helps you explore the services offered. It is not a site inspection, engineering design or approval for your property. Requirements depend on the building, location and proposed work. Confirm the appropriate scope, applicable approvals and who will arrange them before work starts.

Workmanship warranties and your rights
Ask whether a 10-year workmanship warranty is available for your proposed work and confirm the covered work, duration and conditions in writing before proceeding. Product warranties are separate.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. A voluntary warranty is additional to those rights. These website terms do not replace the warranty terms provided for your job.
